Booking Information

How to make a reservation.
Please send a deposit 25% of the total cost in US $ per person for each tour, trek or expedition, together with your singled booking form, to Culture Adventure Trekking. We will then confirm availability of your tour or trek in writing and forward all relevant information and trip Dossier/s.


Payment
An advance of 25% is required when booking the tour, trekking or trip, to be paid 30 days before departure.

The remaining balance has to be paid in Kathmandu before trekking or trip departure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the office of Culture Adventure Treks & Expedition. Cancellation charges shall be levied as follows:

• More than 15 days before departure : Loss of deposit
• Less than 15 days before departure : US$ 100 PP
• After starting the trip or trek : No refund

Note: We regret to inform you that we do not accept personal cheques or credit cards due to complicated bank procedures and delays.
